From a Community Dream to a Growing Academy.

RM Soccer Academy didn’t begin with big stadiums or sponsors — it started with a simple dream in Chifubu, Ndola: to give boys and girls a chance to play, learn, and grow through football.

The academy began with just a handful of kids training at the Chifubu Police Ground. What started as a small group has grown into a full academy with U10, U13, U16, and U19 teams.

Today, RM Soccer Academy is more than just football:

  • We develop skills and discipline that prepare players for life on and off the pitch.
  • We create opportunities for talented youth to be scouted by local and international clubs.
  • We build community, offering hope and structure to the next generation.
